Shipping costs are calculated by weight and dimensions. Shipping is only available within Australia and all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
WCF aims to send products via Australia Post within 3 business days after receipt of payment, and orders are sent from our Melbourne office.

All products are thoroughly checked in the packaging process and are sent in as new condition. WCF is not responsible for damage occurred en route. WCF will, however, provide a refund for damaged goods.
WCF does not exchange products. The customer is able to purchase a new order after a product is returned for a refund.
WCF will refund only after the product has been returned. Postage costs incurred on all returned products is liable to the customer. To obtain a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging with original tags attached, within 7 business days.
